Set Up Multi-Network SIM APN

If you have purchased one of our Multi-Network eSIM cards for your mobile device please follow these steps to apply the correct APN settings.

These steps have been written using an Inrico S380 running Android 10, but can be replicated on other devices. Some of the menu names may be different if your device has a different Android OS version.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Select Network & Internet.
3. Select Mobile Network.
4. Ensure that Mobile data is activated.
5. Ensure that Roaming is activated.
6. Select Advanced.
7. Scroll down and select Access Point Names.
8. Click the '+' icon (top right).
9. Select Name and give the APN a meaningful name (nothing specific is required).
10. Click OK to save the Name.
11. Select APN and type globaldata.iot.
12. Click OK to save the APN.
13. Select Username and type esim.
14. Click OK to save the Username.
15. Select Password and type esim.
16. Click OK to save the Password.
17. Leave all other settings at their default value.
18. Click the three dot icon (top right) and select Save.
19. Click the dot to the right of the APN you have created.
20. Click the back arrow (top left).
21. Scroll to the top of the page and check that Mobile Data and Roaming have been selected.
22. Click the back icon/button numerous times to return to the Home screen.

Leave your device powered on for 30 minutes. You may lose internet connection for a short period whilst the APN updates. Once it reconnects you can turn off your device.
