Set Up Multi-Network SIM Card

If you have purchased one of our Multi-Network eSIM cards for your mobile device please follow these steps.

1. Ensure that your device is set-up to update ONLY over WiFi. Updates can consume a lot of data. If WiFi is available, connect and update before progressing further with set-up.

2. To avoid painful overage charges (for excess data use), set your devices mobile data limit to match the SIM allowance (or slightly less). Depending on your device, you may have to complete this after step 3.

3. Remove the SIM from it's carrier, choosing the correct size for your device. The SIM will 'snap' out of the carrier. You can select Standard, Micro or Nano.

4. Insert the SIM into your device, taking care to align it correctly.

5. Depending on your device, you may need to turn on the SIM or activate mobile data in the settings.

6. Go to the devices APN (Access Point Name) settings for the SIM card, create a new APN with the following settngs;

a. Set the APN name to something memorable, such as Multinet.

b. Set the APN to globaldata.iot

c. Set the Username to esim

d. Set the Password to esim

7. Leave other APN settings at their default values and save these settings.

8. Select this APN (several APN's may be shown).

9. Ensure that Mobile Data is turned on for your device.

10. Ensure that Roaming is turned on for your device.

You should now be able to access mobile data on your device.
